Harpenden’s family friendly festival raising funds for local schools
We are delighted to sponsor this fantastic festival, which is a volunteer-run fund-raising event, organised by the parents’ organisations of Sir John Lawes School and Manland Primary School in Harpenden. The Festival runs every other year and to date, has raised over £90,000 for both schools!
There is live music for all the family plus great food and drinks. The Doors Open at 12.00 noon and the show is kicked off with school performers at 1230. Other acts start at 1330. Headlining this year are Massaoke, back by popular demand after taking the Festival by storm in 2018.
To give you some ‘childfree time’, we are offering bookable slots for your children to attend our own crèche or ‘mini festival’. Our crèche is for babies from 3 months old to 3 year olds and is bookable up to a maximum of 2 hours. You can book multiple sessions but will need to leave an hour in between. Our mini festival is for 4-11 year olds and runs for 1.5 hours and features a silent disco, face painting / tattoos, colouring, circus skills & games tent. Again, you are welcome to book multiple sessions.
